For community e-commerce, fruit and seafood and other categories need to be packaged Number List every day before they are released from the warehouse. A processing version has been iterated recently. Before, the understanding of processing was simply packaged, and there was a new understanding.
The processing that I originally understood was that the warehouse or the supply chain personnel packaged the SKU in the commodity into another SKU, such as oranges (3kg/box) into oranges (500g/box).
This is a simple action. When we make a product and make a system process, we need to trace the reason for his work, why we pack the whole box into one box, and what is the packing ratio? How to deal with the loss generated in the process, whether to sell first and then pack it or pack it and then sell it, and a series of questions? Is labeling or adding a bag a part of the packaging process?
With this series of questions, combined with the pain points of the existing business, find the target demand.
01 Understand the pain points and what are the problems
Why do the machining process? Before doing each requirement, we need to understand our motivation for doing this thing, and then divide it into our requirements according to the problems we encounter. The processing is mainly divided into three steps:
Operations create work orders and submit jobs to supply chain colleagues
Supply chain colleagues work offline according to the task list
Supply chain colleagues complete the homework and give feedback on the results of the actual work completed
We can probably divide it into the above three core steps. Let's take a look at what problems exist in each step?
1. Create Machining
What scenarios will create machining tasks? We learned that community e-commerce generally has two types of creation:
One is the packaging of fruit/finished products. During the sales process, it is found that the sales volume of processed products is higher than that of raw materials, and the order is created and sent to the warehouse for processing in time.
